The weekend of the EISF parade was a lot of fun. We were planning to go to the parade and then the night before the parade Kevin called Grandma Jensen and she asked if we would ride in the Studebaker and throw candy. HECK YES. We were stoked.
We caravaned with my friend DD and her husband Tyson Saturday morning. DD and I ended up walking in the parade to hold the sign for all the Studebaker's. Kevin and Tyson rode in the back of Grandpa Jensen's Studebaker with Kevin's cousin throwing candy. I was super windy so DD and I were laughing the whole time as we were trying to keep the sign from blowing away. Our hair was CRAZY afterwards.
After the parade Grandpa Jensen wanted to take us all out to "dinner" (Kevin clarified that he meant lunch. Meals for Grandpa Jensen are: Breakfast, Dinner, and Supper. Haha) We ran into Aunt Mary Lou, Uncle Mike, and Uncle John. It was fun to see them.
After "dinner" we headed to the fair.

We walked around the photography area, rode a ride, ate a funnel cake, walked through the animals, saw the biggest horse EVER, and then finished off with some delicious fair food for dinner. It was such a fun day! By the time we got back to Rexburg we were both exhausted. It was a great day spent with friends and family.
Until next time...
Holly
