My goodness its already October! September was a fabulous, crazy, busy, wonderful month.
First up a visit to Idaho...
All my siblings surprised my parents the second weekend of Sept as an early birthday present for my mom's 60th birthday! We were missing Kevin and Arianna's husband and kids but the rest of us were able to go. My parents were so shocked and my mom cried and cried she was so happy to see us all. It was the best present we've ever given her. :) It was a laid back weekend just spending time together. We went to a Gentri concert Saturday night, church Sunday, my mom loves having people to sit with so we made sure to visit on a weekend so we could all sit with her, Danny and Melissa's family left Sunday after dinner, Monday we had a little day of shopping and relaxing at home, and then Tuesday Shawnii, Arianna and I all headed home.
The day after I got back from Idaho I started a second job at a mortgage place. It started out just being part time but they asked me to go full time so I gave my two week notice at the bus yard and my last day there is October 12th. I'm sad to leave my cute kiddos on the bus but I am SO excited not to have to wake up at 5:15 everyday anymore and to have a job throughout the summer! I love the ladies I work for at the mortgage place and am so excited to be there full time!

GETTING TO DRIVE LARRY HOME FROM CHURCH!!!
Kevin and I moved into a double wide trailer Friday, September 21. We have moved up from being basement dwellers! The day after we moved in the water went out (cue monkey covering eyes emoji). It turns out the well is dry so they're going to have to either dig a new well or connect to city water. Luckily our landlord is amazing and is willing to fix it (as long as they can afford it and it can be done before the ground freezes) so fingers crossed it can be fixed soon because we love living in our little trailer so much and this little taste of being on our own again has made it hard to think about going back to being basement dwellers!! :)
We love our little home. :)
MY GOURDS! :) With the visit to Idaho I was able to bring back some gourds from mom and dads garden!
****Side note: We can't even begin to express our gratitude for our family over the last two and a half years. Thank you thank you thank you Arianna and Andrew for taking us in for almost 9 months and thank you thank you thank you Mom and Dad Fox for opening up your home to us for the last year and a half! My heart just about bursts thinking about all the things our families do for us constantly. The last couple years have not been the easiest and our families have just lifted us up and carried us through some pretty hard and dark times. We are grateful to know our family is always there for us.****
September was filled with so many great moments and wonderful tender mercies from the Lord. Kevin and I feel so blessed to be in our own place again (even if we're currently without water) and for me to have a full time job. We can feel and see the Lord's hand in so many things right now and we are so grateful for the constant guidance and comfort from our Heavenly Father and Savior.
-Holly :)
