Life the past month...

I can't believe that it is already the end of April. This month has flown by so fast. It seems like every day this month has been packed with things to do. Here is what we've been up to lately: -Kevin has been enjoying his homework free days so far with this being his off track semester. -We've been hanging out a lot with a few tenants that we've become really good friends with. They are really sweet girls and we've really enjoyed getting to know them. -Kevin has been biking every day. He's AMAZING! Today he biked to St. Anthony. He's a beast. Last week he got his new biking bib and jersey in the mail. Its fox gear of course. haha. He looks pretty dang sexy in it. ;) -We enjoyed a couple weekend visits from Mom and Dad Lyman. Always fun. Always relaxing. Always needed. :) - Mom and Dad Fox, Lizzie, Suzanne, Lee, and Evelyn came to visit Easter weekend. We had a blast getting to see them. We spent time eating lots of food, relaxing, and spent an eve...

Spring Semester, Can you just be here already?

I understand that I've got it pretty easy right now. I'm not in school. I don't have to worry about homework. I get to stay at home most of the day. Watch T.V, eat oreos, occasionally make my husband a well balanced meal. Most of the semester managing work isn't too busy...but the past three weeks have been long, stressful, and a wee bit overwhelming. I'm done with this semester. I'm done with winter. I'm ready for Spring. Check outs for this semester are in 8 days. Check in's for Spring semester are in 15 days. Planning for these two things have been my life the past three weeks. Next semester we aren't going to be very full (seriously barely half way full). This has made doing room assignments for next semester ridiculous. I've had to arrange with girls to move apartments since there wont be enough girls to put into their apartment to make it full. Telling tenants that they are going to have to move all their stuff for one semester is not fun...
